Our unique approach integrates the wisdom of energy healing and Reiki with the transformative potential of somatic practices and music, creating a nurturing space for profound healing and self-discovery. Whether you're new to energy healing or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers a supportive environment for your journey towards holistic well-being. Join us as we honour the sacred journey of self-healing and transformation, embracing the interconnectedness of the soma (body), mind and beyond! Contraindications: SomatIQ Breathwork™, Spinal Energetics™ and other somatic, energetic and yogic practice(s) are intended as a personal growth experience and should not be looked upon as a substitute for psychotherapy. It is not appropriate for pregnant women, for persons with cardiovascular problems, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, history of seizures, stroke, major psychiatric conditions, recent surgery, acute infectious illness, or epilepsy, children under 12, elderly persons over the age of 75, diagnosed severe PTSD, severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis), currently taking heavy medications that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, antipsychotic), recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries, epilepsy, history or diagnosis of aneurysms, cardiovascular problems, hospitalization for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, or spiritual emergence within the past three years, any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would affect your ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release. Energy practitioners cannot treat any person under the influence of any alcohol, illicit substances or plant medicine.
